| Hello. Since patch 2.0, chiltara's drop rate for gibbering gemstone has gone from 100% to basically nothing. There is a long thread going on eu forum on this subject : http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/9874067634#17 On this thread, EU-Blue seems to agree that this is a bug, which is the truth since before patch, many sites agree to say that the drop rate was 100%. Chiltara and his spawn zone being hard to find, this seems reasonable. BUT ! My problem (beyond a bug being unresolved despite it being reported since PTR time) is that on the other hand we have a US-Blue who say that "all is fine, that is not a bug" : http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/11883998315#2 So, can we please have some clarifications, and not being left with the impression that some blue don't play the game for which they work, that EU have second hand "blue" which are just there for sympathy, and that you don't care about the PTR's return in general ? | Sab, I don't know how it can be made any clearer than what Tsarnis has already said. We know about it and are implementing a change in a future update which is pretty much what I said over in the EU forum link you gave. | Morogoth, Maybe they'll do that, maybe not. It's up to the developers how they address it and when. It really isn't a Technical Support issue though that we can help with in this forum.
