| zoltan56, 1. Are you using a wireless connection? If so, is there a way you can try a wired connection? 2. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| zoltan56, 1. System Model: Satellite L775D Your DXDIAG doesn't show me the full model number for your laptop. Can you tell me the full model number? You can usually find that on a sticker located on the bottom of the laptop. 2. Are you using a wireless connection? ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| zoltan56, 1. If possible, I would try a wired connection to see if that makes a difference. 2. The Toshiba support site has drivers for your system, but they are all pretty old. It looks like their current video driver might be a little newer than yours, not by much, but still newer. Let's try downloading and installing that driver to see if that helps. Here's a link where those drivers can be found: Toshiba Support Once there, you'll want to download the AMD Display Driver dated 7/5/2011 for Windows 7 64 bit. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| zoltan56, If the issue persists, let's try running a pathping of your connection to see what that shows us. For the most accurate results, try running the pathping when the connection issue that you are experiencing is at its worst. Here's a support article that will help with that: Running A Pathping Test Once you have the pathping, go ahead and post it into your next reply. ***The pathping report is two parts. Once you get to where it says, "Computing statistics for X amount of seconds, you will want to wait about 10 minutes before the second part of the report is complete.*** ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||
