| Hello everyone i would like to report a bugged rollback and having one of my characters on season hc (HolyDamn crusader) being deleted by this bugg for no reason .... is there anyone who can restore my hero because he was always alive and he just vanished after customer support tried to help | ||

| Hey FIREandFURY. While the guys above me are technically correct. I'd still recommend making a ticket about this. Hardcore characters are NOT rolled back in the process, but the process will only delete them if they were created after the compromise so we need to find out what went wrong here.
