| Hi So i bought Diablo 3 around launch. I played it with my friend or just by myself until I completed the campaign. A couple months later I receive a mail from blizzard, saying I've been banned for hacking. I was puzzled by this since I had not played diablo since I finished the campaign a couple months back. So in response I sent an email back stating that I don't understand why I had been banned and that I had not played the game for months and never once in my life cheated/hacked an online game. you guys never got back to me and this is well over a year ago, if not two. So yeah, now I'm reaching out to you again hoping that you will lift the ban or at least get in touch with me so I can defend myself. Here's the email I sen to you in 2012: 2012-10-01 till hacks Hi There!, So I logged into my Gmail and I saw a email from you guys, turns out my D3 account has been banned (even though I have not played D3 in 2 months). As you can imagine I find this very frustrating since I payed for that game, along with all the other blizzard games I have. Not sure how to prove to you I didn't cheat but what I can say is, I'm 22 years old, I have a job like anyone else, I pay my own rent, I've been a ( happily) loyal blizzard customer for 10 years or so, I DON'T CHEAT. So if this situation can be solved somehow I would love to discuss that! :) Not sure if someone used my account, or if you made a misstake. I can't get any secuity for my account since my phone does not support it, believe me I've tried :P. Anyways take care and hopefully this problem can be resolved!, don't like being accused of cheating :) ------------------ Unfortunately I cannot find the email I received from you regarding the ban.
