| ct420 , Actually, it looks like you have 3 purchases of Reaper of Souls with a status of "Authorization Pending" as if you had placed multiple orders. As you can only have one on an account, the extras hopefully will just be voided but keep an eye on it in case you do get billed so you can contact us for a refund. It would appear that until the order is processed, you won't have access to the ROS content. I normally see access granted on a limited basis but the extra orders pending may be stopping that. | ct420, I can't do anything with an account when it comes to Billing issues here in the forum as I have no real verifiable way to know you're the actual owner. We can't ask for and receive the personal information needed for that in public for obvious reasons. For that sort of thing, you'll need to submit a support ticket, request a call-back, or enter into a live web-chat with a Billing rep. It can take a few days for the order to process from what I understand depending on the financial institution involved. Dinero Mail can take a bit longer.
