| I have account here at blizzards and bought Diablo 3. after I registred the game I bought RoS from Battlenet. After I made a clean win install I am logging into the game to find out I live in taiwan, my security answer changed and both games are gone. I have starter pack. I submitted a ticket, but I find out that after a week the ticket is gone from account history. now I can only submit one if I know the security answer. Is this a joke Blizzard? | ||

| Seth, The Battle.net account you're posting from was created in China back in July this year. I'm not seeing any evidence of it ever having any games at all attached to it besides the Starter Edition for Diablo III added 9/27/14 and StarCraft II Trial added when the account was created, though it was never used. I'd suggest contacting a Billing representative to see if they can help as I suspect you may be talking about a different Battle.net account.
