| Pretty much what the topic states. I leveled up a new monk (mayhem) to see the new changes and after I killed Diablo (which I did get a legendary item) I reset the quests and did the story again. After killing Diablo on the second playthough no legenday dropped. I was at level 60 and playing on T1. Does this drop only happen the first time you kill him at 60 and then no other time afterward? RoS came out before I killed Diablo for the second time if that makes any difference. Thanks all. | ||

Does this drop only happen the first time you kill him at 60 and then no other time afterward? Just to confirm what others have indicated, if you've upgraded to Reaper of Souls, this drop now occurs with the new final boss in Act V. If you haven't upgraded, however, and are experiencing this, I'd request you post your findings in our Bug Report forum so our Quality Assurance folks can check it out. I'd really appreciate it. :) | ||
