| Rant/Backstory: For about the past week I have been getting this error and it is driving me crazy and after last night it finally made me upset. I first looked up this error online and everything leads to stopping bots. I figured I was getting it because I was leveling my paragon up but now that RoS is live it is still giving the same error. Last night despite me not even restarting the game once did not save my game progression. The Problem: I rolled a crusader like most people did last night and started from act 1 and right before I got to the skeleton king I started getting the "Input Limit Reached". Once I get this message I can not chat in party or clan but I am able to whisper for a limited time about long enough to tell the group I'm with that I wont be able to talk soon individually. What I did not know until last night that once your Input Limit has been reached the game stops saving your progression I did not realize this until after I finished Act 2 after I logged out. and noticed my character was standing in the Act 1 background. I immediately went to see where the system logged me last and it was right where I got the "Input Limit Reached" error. Frustration: I am holding off on act 5 because I wanted to get there and experience it with my crusader but now that it didn't save my progress I'm pretty T'ed off because not only do I have to finish everything that I already finished before. But mainly I can't stand Act 2 and now I have to do it all over again. Not to mention from now on every time I see this error which happens frequently and often I have to close out of D3 and re open it and put in my authenticator just so that I can save my progress. Answers: Is there something that I can do to stop this error from happening again. I am clearly not botting and I just want to play the game without worry or frustration. TLDR: If you get this error the game stops saving your progression from the instant you get it as well as stops you from communicating to your party and clan. This forces you to have to quit out of the game re launch and then resume. Please Help! | ||
