'Max Foreground' FPS always limits to 50 - Diablo III Blue Post

	I play D3 with a mid-range laptop and I prefer to use max FPS limiter for D3's notorious screen tearing instead of Vertical Sync due to performance issues (frequently drops to 30 more often than not with Vsync on). However, there is a massive bug I've had to deal with since launch: Whenever I set 'Max Foreground FPS' to 60 it limits my FPS to 50 instead of the set 60 FPS. This occurs even if I set the max above 60 FPS, usually only stopping at a random amount (ex. when max FPS is set to 95+), but at that point it defeats the purpose of trying to limit FPS at 60 to eliminate screen tearing. When set down to 60 again the FPS limits back to 50. I'm not the only one with this issue. 	Nicknick, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
