| Sushipoptart, It sounds like a connection issue. Let's try power cycling the connection to see if that helps any. Here's a support article with steps on how to do that: Resetting Network Devices If that doesn't work try flushing the DNS. Let me know what happens. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

| XtrmSOJ, Let's try running a pathping of your connection to see what that shows us. For the most accurate results, try running the pathping when the connection issue that you are experiencing is at its worst. Here's a support article that will help with that: Running A Pathping Test Once you have the pathping, go ahead and post it into your next reply. ***The pathping report is two parts. Once you get to where it says, "Computing statistics for X amount of seconds, you will want to wait about 10 minutes before the second part of the report is complete.*** ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||

I'm seeing a lot data loss that starts in your home network and continues into your ISP's local network. The link between hops 0 and 1 is losing 16% data. This should be the link from your PC to your Router, so you might want to check that the cable connecting the two is not damaged. You also might want to check that the network adapter is running on the most recent driver. Let me know if you need help with checking that. Besides that, you can see that hops 1 through 7 are all losing a good amount of data. Then the link between hops 6 and 7, and 7 and 8 are also losing data. This all could be happening because of the issue seen between hops 0 and 1, or it could just be that there is something going on within your ISP's network. Either way, you are going to want to contact your ISP so that they can help you pinpoint the root cause. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? | ||
