| I know this is frustrating, and it should just work, so let's try to find anything that might be interfering with the Battle.net app. Can you boot into a Selective Startup, and list the Running Tasks and Services? Hit the Windows key + R, and type: msinfo32Then hit Enter or Ok. This will bring up System Information. Click on the + sign next to Software Environments Click on Running Tasks Click on one item on the right side Click on Edit, and then Select All (Or hit Ctrl-A) Click on Edit, and the Copy (Or hit Ctrl-C) Then Paste everything into a reply. Then click on Services Click on one item on the right side Click on Edit, and then Select All (Or hit Ctrl-A) Click on Edit, and the Copy (Or hit Ctrl-C) Paste everything into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it). That'll make the information much more readable. ________________________________________________ Rate me! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Velnrak | ||

| Bucs55Brooks, just as a test, I would use McAfee's removal tool, and see how the Battle.net app works, then reinstall McAfee afterwards. Drakthal, in your case, I'd use Norton's removal tool, and see what happens. Then reinstall Norton afterwards. ________________________________________________ Rate me! https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Velnrak | ||
