Confused on progression - Diablo III Blue Post

	Hi all, despite playing Diablo 3 on and off since launch, I'm a little confused about progression of items. Do level 70 items drop in the lower modes like normal and hard? If they do, are the ones in torment better (higher ilvl or better stats). Do ilvls go higher than 70 and if so, where do they drop? I don't want to play on too low of a mode only to later find out the items I'm looking for don't drop in that difficulty. Thank you for your time and help.

	Level 70 items (which are currently the highest level items) can drop on any difficulty setting, and increasing your difficulty does not make an items potential inherently better. However, some items (like class set items) only drop in Torment difficulty. Also, the Torment difficulties give a scaling bonus to your chance of finding a Legendary item.
