| Solonbs, I'm not seeing that a code was ever placed on the account as it's still using the regular Diablo III. It looks like someone "gifted" the Reaper of Souls to you. | FyaTommy,, It looks like your Battle.net account had Reaper of Souls gifted to it twice. Did you receive a second email with a second key? | FyaTommy, Did you get the game code from a friend that gifted it to you or use a third party site to buy the game? the message you're getting and circumstances you've described indicate that the first time it was gifted, the transaction was later declined so the key was voided and access to Reaper of Souls was removed. If the new key you're trying to use also says it's expired, it was also declined in a purchase. You're going to need to talk to whoever you received the key from I'm afraid. | Bedircan, Where and when are you seeing this? "game key expired" for reaper of souls. The Battle.net account you're posting from doesn't have the Reaper of Souls expansion attached to it. | Bedircan, In looking at your account records, I believe the Reaper of Souls license was removed. It appears it was added as a gift, which is often acquired through fraudulent means unfortunately. Once detected, we remove any license so obtained. You'd want to talk to a Billing representative in the EU for more information if they're able to provide it. | Serasatina, Your account has been at the Reaper of Souls level since June. Do you see the Crusader as a choice on the character creation screen (press Create button on character selection screen)?
