| Hey Blizzard people.. So i got my hands on the boxed retail Collectors edition today, tomorrow being the official release. I thought that since the new content has already been patched in already and you can flag your account for expansions early (WoW for instance, i am already flagged for Warlords of Draenor) it wouldn't hurt to input the retail key a day early so its all good to go for Reaper of Souls tomorrow. So i put in my code and it flags my account as now having Diablo3 Collectors Edition (I only had the Standard Edition before as i got it for buying 1year of WoW gametime in the promotion you ran before Diablo3 release), no mention of having been flagged for Reaper of Souls at all when i did it, and no mention on my account management page. Is this going to correct itself when Reapers goes live tomorrow? Cheers.. Anxious.. | ||

| Hello guys, We've been tracking this issue with some Collector's edition codes for Reaper of Souls. If you purchased a CE key for Reaper and saw your account upgrade from original D3 to original CE D3, or you already had an original CE D3 and are unable to claim your CE Reaper code then you are affected by it. We have a fix in the works that will not require you to contact us. Those that added their keys and got the original D3 upgrade will just see their CE switched over to Reaper status. If you're unable to enter the key, please be patient. Once we resolve the issue, you'll be able to upgrade your account normally.
