| I purchased Diablo 3 in a retail store shortly after its initial release, and after a couple of months the computer (a PC) I was using died. A year later I buy a laptop (Mac) but did not play D3 for a long time. Yesterday I wanted to finally play again, and I saw that the client was available for download, so I get the battle.net app and download the client. I login to my battle.net account, and login to the game only to see none of my characters. I did not see any of my D3 characters, nor any of my previous WoW characters on my account. I go find my CD Key and punch in the numbers, and it says I already redeemed this code. I only have one battle.net account, I don't know how I can fix it to where battle.net recognizes my account, game code, and retrieves my characters back to me. I sent in a ticket but I am hoping someone else can help me. TL;DR: Had a PC, it gave out. Bought a mac, downloaded client and it doesn't recognize my account/game key nor has my characters. | Hello, Can you check on the desktop app, you should have a drop down above the Play button. Try changing region there, and then logging in. You should see your heroes on another region.
