Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here.

If you have an AMD APU processor and use an AMD video device as I suspect, you should try reverting your drivers back to a 13.x release such as 13.12. You may need to just use whatever came with your computer as it will likely be from that release period. It can be hard to find older drivers depending on your computer's manufacturer.

Did you revert your video drivers as I suggested?
