| Hellcat waistguard comes with increase damage against elite by 3-5% The '?' re-roll options shows this can be re-rolled to a higher version but when i enchanted this item to change 3% to 5% i must of thrown 30 souls at it and it never came up once Am i just really unlucky or is this a bug and it actually cant be re-rolled to a higher version | ||
