| http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/12090159376 My topic, which I created because Omrakos suggested me do that, has been closed for no reason. So I think what Blizzard is thinking is: if players are feeling frustrated by some game issues, closed their topics. Finding solution or answering the topic are not necessary. Okay, I am stupid, I bought your product without knowing that you are working like this, now I am being treated like a stupid man. Sure! I am not requiring an immediate fixing (although the issue has been found 2 weeks ago). All I need is a promise that you are working on it, any the promise should be written on this forum publicly. | ||

| Bloody, I locked the thread due to you expressly and rudely stating you didn't want to work with us to troubleshoot. Everything we know and possible workaround fixes from users are in the sticky post on the issue above. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/11913302274 _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Bloody, There's an issue Nvidia and Microsoft are working on regarding Windows 8.1 only. It affects people with Optimus equipped laptops and their ability for the higher performance Nvidia cards to be used by applications. We're waiting for a resolution from them. Until then, there is no workaround for Windows 8.1 users that we know of. It only affects Windows 8.1 though. For you and your installation of Windows 7, I'd ask you to try the steps others have performed with success. It appears there may have been a profile update last week that temporarily caused the Nvidia Control Panel not to be able to select the Nvidia card. I believe that has since been resolved and reinstalling the latest drivers should take care of that. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Bloody, I know you said you don't want to but I'll need your dxdiag info next please along with your D3Debug.txt file. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. The D3Debug file is located in the main Diablo III game folder. Edit out your account name first though. It may appear in a few places in the file. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Bloody, You don't seem to have the problem that the thread you and I are referencing is about. That issue is one of not being able to use the Nvidia device in an Optimus laptop but you aren't having that problem. 2014.03.16 18:54:21.005951100 ****** Graphics Device Info ****** 2014.03.16 18:54:21.006052600 nvumdshim.dll NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M \\.\DISPLAY1 2014.03.16 18:54:21.006150600 Driver Version 9.18.13.3489 Your D3Debug file shows the game is using your Nvidia GT 640M _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
