| Hello everyone, Earlier we began seeing issues where heroes would log in and find they were missing gear, gold and unable to access their stash. The initial issue is resolved but we are still looking for reports of addition occurrences here. If this has recently occurred to you while playing, please check that post and provide the requested information. For those that lost gear in the initial instance, your items should already be returned. No permanent item loss occurred along with this issue for normal play. We do know that Hardcore characters may have suffered a more permanent loss if affected by the issue. While we do apologize for any frustration the loss of a Hardcore character may have caused, please remember that we cannot restore Hardcore characters for any reason.
