| Hello, I have been trying to play D3 more now since RoS is being released soon, but for some reason when I try to change the video settings from Fullscreen to Windowed my PC screen goes black and I am unable to do anything. I can't access anything or switch to other windows. Eventually I have to force shut down if I want to use my PC... I can change the resolution of the game to my native resolution (1920x1080) and that works fine, but I would much prefer it in a window. I tried re-installing but the same has occurred. Also I have updated my drivers and the issue persists. I appreciate any help that is offered to me. | ||

| Cronus , What kind of device are you using for a monitor? Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
