| Hi Blizzard, I have a small suggestion on how to improve customer satisfaction. The current situation: Each week you have maintenance, and many times (I don't know the exact %) the maintenance is extended at the last second, causing outrage and /wrists and QQ posts for many players (myself included). How about changing it up a bit to a more glass is half full approach? Proposed change: Continue with weekly maintenance, except have the maintenance period advertised as lasting for 12 hours each week. Then, instead of posting maintenance time extended posts, you can post - "Maintenance Ended Early - go Kill Demons!" posts! I think that would make people muuuuch more happy about the whole thing :). | ||
