| Bahamutzero, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Bahamutzero, Did you get it resolved already? I haven't offered any solutions yet. What I'd do though is check on Dell's support site and download/install the latest video drivers they have for your model laptop. The release you have now is pretty old "7/28/2010". If Dell doesn't have anything, you can try using Intel's reference drivers from 2013 but they may or may not work with the Dell. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Bahamutzero, Sorry. my mistake. For some reason I read it as you having a Dell. You need to check on HP's support site for the latest drivers if the Intel ones I linked won't work. http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-search.html?tab=1#/qryterm=HP%20Pavilion%20dm4%20Notebook%20PC&searchtype=s-002 You'll need to be more specific when searching as your dxdiag doesn't tell me the exact model you have. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 8 pm Pacific Time Please provide feedback! - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
