It has been fixed? How it works? I already used it once and completed the entire acts from a1 to a4 and can't reset it again. The character you're using might not be eligible to use the Reset Quest feature if you've recently used it, and haven't finished all the quests again. The Reset Quest feature will only show up once you've completed every quest in Act's I - IV, which pretty much means you've always gotta kill Diablo before you can reset your quests again. As a side note, if your character has never completed all of the quest then the button might not even show up at all. Normally you can find the Reset Quest button in Game Settings just below the Change button in the Options column.

So I can't reset a single quest? I have to reset every single quest in the game and start from scratch again? Say I wanted to restart Skeleton King quest, I would have to replay the entire game again to get back into a2-4? Currently there isn't a way to reset a single (or partial) quests. It's intended to just be an option for anyone who wants to go through the entire game again, and get quest rewards as if it was the first time. So, the Reset Quest option will reset every quest in the Campaign, but it's certainly not mandatory. Kito said "completed the entire acts from a1 to a4 and can't reset it again" I could have made the answer more clear in my previous posts, so I'll give it another go. Thanks for bearing with me here. In order to be eligible to use the Reset Quest option the character must have completed every quest in the Campaign, which includes all the sub-objectives. It's possible to finish an Act without realizing you missed a sub-objective, and it's kinda easy to do so if you join a lot of multiplayer games. In a case like this all of the major quest will show as completed, despite missing a sub-objective that's required. We know the UI for Reset Quests could be more friendly (particularly with what you're missing to use it), and we're looking to update it in a future patch.
