| I've been trying since yesterday night to download the laucher, but there seems to be an error, I don't know why. Its said : Whoops, Look like something broke. (!@#$ my life something broke, my %^-. i'll broke your face stupid *!@#.) So yes, i'm kinda raging actualy, cuz there is nothing in the support guide that I haven't did as they said to do that could help me and the problem is not solved. Now im trying to download the Laucher directly on battle.net and the download is stuck at : updating the battle.net agent... for 30 mins so far. Any 1 knows how to repair this or ... should I uninstall and reinstall ??? | ||

| Hello XavierXIV, Would it be possible for you to gather and send us a copy of your Battle.net Logs? It will help us to better understand the cause of the issue. This may not result in an immediate fix for your individual issue, but it will go directly towards getting this sort of issue fixed in general.
