| I can log into the EU, but not the NA (in the beta launcher app) Happened just this morning. Edit: Seems this thread is for Northeastern USA now. | Hey all. Unfortunately I have nothing to report at this time. Our Global Networking team has been trying to contact the ISP that manages the node that appears to be a part of this issue, but they've so far been unsuccesful. Since I don't know why this issue is occurring, I couldn't even guess at when it might be resolved. Not to be pessimistic, but this could easily last for days, especially since it started on the weekend when the personnel we'd normally contact aren't at work. I'd recommend checking back no more than every few hours or so. | ||

THANK YOU for responding. Even with bad news, communication with your customer base makes you stand out. I appreciate that. I always try to say it as it is. :) Unfortunately, I'm at the end of my shift (over, actually) so there probably won't be any more updates today. | I'm back, and with good news! Our Internet Backbone contacts have told us that the node responsible for these issues has been identified and is being worked on. They didn't provide us an ETA, but if it's going to take long they'll typically start routing traffic around the problem node as a temporary workaround. Either way, this connection issue should get better fairly soon. I'll update the thread with more specifics once I have them. Take care, all. | ||
