| Whenever I try to patch: Woops! It looks like something went wrong... I've tried again, several times. I have 496gb free on the installation drive (D:), 18gb on my Windows intallation drive SSD (C:) I tried turning off my anti-virus etc I've closed what background apps I can I tried running as admin Anyone else having the same problem? Any potential solutions? Any help from blue posts or is it down to the community to sort out Blizz's mess? Thanks in advance for any help... | ||

| Hey folks, Sorry to hear that you're having issues. We think that you need to delete a temporary directory. Can you please: 1. Shut down the Battle.net desktop app and wait 30 seconds 2. Open Explorer 3. Type in "%temp%\Blizzard" into the address bar (without the quotes) 4. Delete everything that's in there. 5. | I believe on a Mac you should be able to navigate to the temp folder by using "open $TMPDIR" in Terminal. At that point, you should see the Blizzard folder and be able to delete it. | ||
