| Beaten to heck but I don't know where to turn. I went and tried literally every way I could find to get the Blizzard Update Agent to update the updater. It green status bar gets to about 45% then goes back to 30%. Then loads to 45% and back again continuously. I haven't been able to install the game because of this. Here's a short list of the things I've tried: Im running Windows 7 SP1. Ive updated to the latest edition of Adobe. Ive turned secondary login to automatic. I connected directly to the modem. I've tried to run the Install from the disc in compatibility modes for Windows xp SP2 and SP3. Compatability mode for Windows vista and just for Windows 7. None of that worked. Ive ran all as an Admin. Ive created multiple accounts on my pc and did all that. Nada Ive tried running the Agent.exe first then running the diablo setup stuff. I went to Blizzard and downloaded the installer for Diablo III and tried all of the above Didn't work. I went and downloaded the standalone client for Battle.net and did all the same things I did get a nice pad of paper in the box to write on. Hopefully I didn't end up payong $40 for a nice pad of paper... Any help? | ||

| Hello Mophesto, Would it be possible for you to gather and send us a copy of your Battle.net Logs? It will help us to better understand the cause of the issue. This may not result in an immediate fix for your individual issue, but it will go directly towards getting this sort of issue fixed in general. That being said, if we can find anything in your logs that will help us to better troubleshoot your issue, we will do so.
