	This might have already been covered many times, but I want to make sure I understand 100% so if I do not order RoS and only keep my D3 and update to this new loot 2.0 I will not be able to level to 70? use any of the new skills or passives, not be able to find level 70 items, not be able to do rift runs or play in act 5, ect ect ect, I will stay level 60, just gain paragon points, and that's about it? I want to understand this 100%

Only players who upgrade their account to Reaper of Souls can level their characters to 70, so using any skills and passives unlocked from 61 - 70 will require the expansion. Patch 2.0.1 includes a lot of updates for existing skills and passives, and does not require the expansion. You'll need Reaper of Souls in order to access Adventure Mode, which is also the only way to do Bounties or enter a Nephalem Rift. Exploring the secrets of Act V will require Reaper of Souls. Players who do not upgrade to Reaper of Souls will continue to earn Paragon experience with level 60 characters.
