| Toxon, Let's try deleting the Battle.net Tools folder to see if that helps. | Toxon, i dont see agent.db in C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent i only see a agent.dat If you don't see that folder, just go ahead and delete the entire Battle.net folder. Once that is done, try reinstalling again.
