| It says it's gonna take from 15 to 60 minutes to complete this proces , but at some point it just stops and wont move past it , is it possible it can take more then 60 minutes , should i just wait no matter how long it takes ? | ||

| Hey folks! For anyone having this issue, can you try pausing the update and resuming it? There should be a pause/resume button in the bottom-right hand corner of the Battle.net desktop app, just right of the progress bar. Thanks! | ||

| Hello folks, If using the Pause/Resume button does not work to get you past this issue would it be possible for you to gather and send us a copy of your Battle.net Logs? It will help us to better understand the cause of the issue. This may not result in an immediate fix for your individual issue, but it will go directly towards getting this sort of issue fixed in general. That being said, if we can find anything in your logs that will help us to better troubleshoot your issue, we will do so.
