| ...Just wondering if this is normal during the patch... I've had to free up tons of space just to keep it moving... *Edit: The progress bar is less than halfway done too. Not sure how much more space I can free up... | ||

| Hey folks, We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting the latest Diablo 3 patch. We could use help from folks like you guys to find out what the underlying issue is. For anyone who has the ginormous D3 directories (>80GB), could you please do the following? 1. Gather your Battle.net logs 2. Navigate to your D3 directory in a command prompt and run "dir /s > d3files.txt" If you don't know how to do step 2... the easiest way is to open the Battle.net desktop app, click on "Options" (it's right underneath the Diablo 3 logo) and then choose "Show In Explorer". When the Explorer window opens, click on the Address Bar at the top and type in "cmd" and hit enter. This will open a command prompt in that directory, at which point you can run "dir /s > d3files.txt" You can email both of those to this address: toolsupport@blizzard.com Use this line for the subject: [PUT YOUR BATTLETAG HERE] [Diablo 3 Folder is 170 GB?] [11882388289] Thanks! | ||
