Does anyone know how to claim the wings? The Wings of Valor? They're not available yet (i.e. they haven't been delivered and won't for another few weeks). Be sure to check out front page blog for more details! http://us.battle.net/d3/en/blog/13032539/ The Wings of Valor will be automatically sent to your existing and any newly created Diablo III characters via an in-game notification starting March 20, 2014. | ||

But then is there an explanation as to why some of us got a set of Angelic wings and the pair of dyes that came with the original CE, along with getting the Spectral Hound and the Transmog plans that were announced as the gifts for getting the CE of RoS? In addition to some pretty epic bonus physical items, the Angelic Wings as well as the Bottled Cloud and Bottled Smoke dyes were digital bonuses specific to the Collector's Edition of Diablo III. The only way you could can (or could get) those items is by purchasing the Collector's Edition box and adding its game licence to your account. In turn, the Spectral Hound and transmogrification pieces are digital bonuses for ordering the Digital Deluxe Edition or Collection's Edition of Reaper of Souls. For reference, here are the different perks for buying the DDE and DE of Reaper of Souls. Digital Deluxe:
- Infernal Helm item appearance - 3 extra character slots - A Treasure Goblin pet for World of Warcraft - Crusader-themed portraits and Malthael-themed decals for StarCraft II Collector's Edition:
- Reaper of Souls hardcover art book - Malthael mouse pad - Behind-the-scenes DVD/Blu-ray pack - Reaper of Souls soundtrack On the flip side, the Wings of Valor and Valla the Demon Hunter are digital bonuses for anyone who buys Reaper of Souls, regardless of the box level -- i.e. Standard edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, or Collector's Edition are all eligible -- and then adds the game license to their Battle.net account before March 31. The point I'm making is that I got sent the Angelic Wings and 2 Dyes... AGAIN. This time in a mail with all of the stuff from the DD version of RoS. That's what I'm asking about. Aha! That totally wasn't clear the first time around. Thanks for clarifying. :) It's a somewhat inconvenient side-effect of changes we made to how CE bonus digital items (and other such items) will be delivered to players going forward. You should be able to sell those duplicate items for 1g at a vendor. | ||
