BLZBNTBTS00009 crash...(1)Category: Technical SupportFebruary-22-2014 4:03 PM PST (9 years ago) Go to Blizzard forum post
I'm getting a repetitive crash that says:

An error occurred while writing to your hard drive. Please make sure your hard drive is not full and try again.

I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps listed in the support page and none of them have helped. The crash normally happens when I'm idling... if I'm alt-tabbed into another application or I'm simply sitting in a dungeon without moving, it crashes. I have seen it crash while I'm actively playing as well and it's driving me crazy.

I've searched these forums and haven't found any articles with a solution that was listed. I have re-installed the game and placed it on two different hard drives. Neither solution has helped.

Hello folks,

Would it be possible for you to gather and send us a copy of your Battle.net Logs? It will help us to better understand the cause of the issue.

This may not result in an immediate fix for your individual issue, but it will go directly towards getting this sort of issue fixed in general. That being said, if we can find anything in your logs that will help us to better troubleshoot your issue, we will do so.

You can email those as a zip archive to this address: toolsupport@blizzard.com

Use this line for the subject(please use your own username in the subject): [Seditious] [BLZBNTBTS00009 crash...] [11836293823]

Thanks!
