| I log into my D3 account, and notice that my characters have once again rolled back to when I first started; the forums profile reflects the same. This is the 2nd time this has happened. How can my account possibly roll back to a state a few years ago? | ||

Your account and characters are in the EU. http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/diwil-2284/ On the main login screen, before logging in, select Options > Account > and then check the region selected under Server Region Selection.
