Nothing is done about the lag issues?(1)Category: Technical SupportSeptember-2-2014 5:07 PM PDT (8 years ago) Go to Blizzard forum post
To my current knowledge after 2 days of constant lag spikes 24/7 on the EU servers nothing has been done or announced to be done. This cannot be only me since there's a few posts on Technical Support asking about the same thing. Latency is never settled on <100ms, instead it keeps hopping from 248 - 1900 (and about).

After 2 days of doing the normal checks that there's no background downloads and no programs running which take up my bandwidth I'm giving up on playing Hardcore, with no explanation to this. There's no one using my bandwidth either, no other games, no !@#$ lel, nothing that could be of hazzard to D3.

Public EU chat has some similar comments of people wondering about the lag. Can anyone on the forums, "blue post guys", or someone, who actually knows what's going on please explain to me and the rest of the clueless people of what's going on, why is this going on and is this going to be fixed?

Sincerely yours, the lagging; whining guy

EDIT #1: Also random disconnections are happening. While just walking around in town or trying to push through a laggy Greater Rift, it's disconnection. That has NOTHING to do with my internet connection, does it?
