| Hi there people, I have an issue whit diablo 3 i recently noticed and i hope this is the correct place to post to get some help whit my little problem. I have taken a large break from diablo 3 , The last time i played was a while after reaper of souls came out for the pc and i left it be as soon as i completed the story mode whit my crusader for the first time. But now recently on encouragement of a friend i came back and made a new character to start playing him. Now i noticed that the usual cinimatics that play when you make a new character , the little intro's for each class wich i happend to like a lot sudenly don't play anymore and instead i instantly go to the start of the game . I checked my options menu but the option to skip cinematics isn't turned on. Does anybody has an idea why the cinematics don't play anymore and if i could restore it in some way ? Thank you if anybody can help me out. Update of post : I played further and came to the conclusion that not a single cinematic is playing for me anymore. It instantly gets skipped and the gameplay is resumed. | ||

| Hello, Can you try clearing the D3prefs.txt file from the My Documents / Diablo III folder, then see what happens?
