Hi guys,

I understand this is a D3 forum, but I couldn't find the respective place to post for this. I have an account "Jrskyline" that I changed the password for. Then I attempted to get the password sent to my email address so that I could confirm which email that account was registered to.

I received the email but I'm assuming my password has now been changed to a randomly generated password. When I try and respond to the email:

"A password recovery attempt has been generated for your account.
Please respond to this message to verify that you initiated this
request. When responding to this e-mail, ensure that the unmodified
body of this e-mail is included.

If you did not request password recovery for your account,
forward this e-mail to: battle.net.abuse@useast.battle.net"

I get nothing back. Yes I have replied several times, copy and pasting directly, forwarding. Replying saying I did in fact request a password. I was wondering if anyone here could help? Thanks!

This issue was resolved a few days ago in the Legacy Tech Support forum for the OP.
