| Just installed Diablo 3. Windows is fully updated, tried VSync and Windowed mode. I know my gfx is not adequate, but my other laptop with internal intel runs barely... this laptop is much better than that. Simply opens to a black screen with sound and mouse cursor. ESC button causes sound and closes D3. I just want to see if it'll run enough to play again :( DXdiag: http://pastebin.com/mhsjprkS D3prefs: http://pastebin.com/4VpcE7LN | ||

| Sukuoru, I'm afraid your video card (ATI Radeon X1250) is listed as unsupported for the game. It's under the "Unsupported - Game Will Not Start" category. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| Honibear61, The 9600GT is supported. Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
