| I installed Diablo 3 today for the first time after a break of over 1 year on my Laptop (Ubuntu). When I finally got everything running I got the message that I was banned in Diablo 3. this is also what my account shows. Further, I get the message that I would get a notification e-mail and I got a Code 52. >>> How can I recover this mail which can tell me what I did wrong? >>> Is there a chance that it is due to my use of Ubuntu / Wine that I got banned? >>> Is there a possibility to recover my Account? | Hello OutToKill, If you can't locate the email, please check your spam folder and make sure it wasn't mistakenly deleted or moved to a different folder. Keep in mind that you can make an appeal and have your case reviewed; you just need to submit a ticket and of course indicate account name and all relevant information about your case.
