| do they roll base on character level? what i mean by this is say i'm currently level 70, will re-rolling level 60 ( legacy ) items bring that item up to level 70? | ||

do they roll base on character level? what i mean by this is say i'm currently level 70, will re-rolling level 60 ( legacy ) items bring that item up to level 70? Currently, when you Enchant an item the new stats are rolled at the item level, and not the character's. So, re-rolling a lower level item with a higher level character does not alter the possible outcome of the stat range. | ||
