What's the ratio of Smart Drop to non-Smart Drop items? Could the Smart Drop ratio be a player configurable %? That way, someone playing a main character that's looking for new items for that character could crank up the Smart Drops, while another person looking for items for an alternate character could turn the Smart Drops down.

	We've said before that not every drop you find will be a smart drop, but there has been a lot of information about new features in Reaper of Souls, so it's easy to miss stuff. However, it's good to note that currently all crafted items are made with the smart loot system for the hero that ordered the item.
