| FireMedic, The Battle.net account you're posting from just has a Starter Edition of Diablo III on it that was added 2014-07-22. Most likely, you used a different Battle.net account to originally register the game which you'd need to log in with now to use. I can't find one based on your registered first and last name or BattleTag. The best thing to do is submit a support ticket so they can try and help you figure out what your other account name is if you can't remember it yourself. By the way, you have a US account and this is the EU forum.
