| my game froze. my wiz died by error 73. i know because i restarted the game when clicking "exit to menu" didn't do as it was supposed to do, then saw the error message upon re-logging. although we all know in the clause that cx won't re-roll dead characters, the cause was not from my end; therefore this is a clause breach :D point is, would you be able to revive hc characters because of error 73? just hoping for the hopeful but i created a new wiz anyway. if you guys would re-roll her, i would be more than happy. | ||

| alunsina, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. As is stated when you make a HC character, they are not recoverable. It doesn't matter how they die, there's nothing we can do to assist with their recovery.
