| Hello there celmaibest. In the Battle.net Desktop App, choose Diablo III and then click Options > Game Settings. Find Diablo III again there and click the 'Reset User Options' button on the right. Click 'Done' and then Options > Scan and Repair. This may take a while but please try loading the game again once the process has completed.
