| I'm playing D3 RoS and it keeps dropping me out. I play in party with 2 other people and it drops us all together. We play in a local network. The latency is about 80-1000 ms. Sometimes we can't even finish a nephalem rift. We keep getting the following errors: "The game connection has been lost; your client has been disconnected from the server" and "Your connection to the Battle.net service has timed out. Please log in again. (Code 3007)" And then it asks us for username, password and authenticator code. http://imgur.com/Hkh9t7B http://imgur.com/egmgXzp Is anyone else getting the same errors and can we do something? | ||

| Hey Kokicha, The error 3007 can happen for many reasons, and it's not always a server side issue. At the moment we don't have knowledge of any general problems with the servers, but I'll keep an eye on it in case we receive more reports. Please, follow the troubleshooting steps in this article: battle.net/support/article/7500077 If the issue persists, please create a traceroute just after having one of those disconnections, and paste the result on this thread: battle.net/support/article/496 And it's not even a connectivity problem; I can still browse the internet or log into Battle.net just fine.
