I bought Diablo 3 in the bundle with cataclysm and a mount and i played it for awhile and stopped. Some months ago i tried to play it again but my account was blocked and i had to do alot of stuff to get it back but i noticed my Diablo 3 had become a starter edition and when i booted up the game i couldn't play my old Character. Now ive waited several months but my acc is still starter edition and i really want to play my old character. Anyone know what to do?

Hey Kjartan,

If you are talking about the Annual Pass, I'm afraid that if you failed to pay the full year of subscription, as Doomsinger pointed out, the mount and the Diablo III license would've been removed from your account. You'll need to buy the game again in order to upgrade your Starter Edition and play with your old hero.

The Battle.net account you're posting with now only has a Diablo III Starter Edition on it, added way back in Oct 2012 and only containing three characters created today.

I found another Battle.net account that I believe is yours though which is the one you added the game to. That was done in May 2012. The account has no characters. The last time it's showing being logged into Diablo III was August 2012.

This is the account you'll need to use in order to play the game you registered.

I can't provide the complete name to you here in the forum but I can let you know that it starts with a "D" and ends with an "R" and that it's a Yahoo address.

If you need any help beyond that in remembering the account name, you can contact our Billing Support people and they'll be able to help.
