Pool of Reflection(1)Category: PTR FeedbackJanuary-16-2014 10:21 PM PST (9 years ago) Go to Blizzard forum post
I didn't get a screenshot, but if you find something that looks like a health pool, but is colored gold, it is a Pool of Reflection. It gives you a paltry 0.25% XP bonus, granting up to 10% of the XP needed for your next level.

Sounds lame, except it lasts until you die... and that INCLUDES quitting the game and choosing a new quest... and also stacks with multiple "drinks", for lack of a better word.

This is basically a nice little boost for Hardcore players, and for those who prefer lower difficulty farming to higher difficulty grinding/dying. However, it's certainly not going to be a noticeable difference if you die with any sort of regularity.

Thoughts? And feel free to add screenshots.

Agreed ... maybe a 5% bonus per stack and stackable 10 times.

The length of the Pools of Reflection buff should be about 10% of your total xp to your next level, and that can stack up to 10 times. I'll quote a post made by Nevalistis since she did a good job of explaining the buff.

Also, while the basic percent bonus doesn't increase with additional Pool of Reflection buffs, the length of the buff does effectively stack each time you claim an additional Pool. The amount of bonus experience you can benefit from should show up when you hover over your experience bar, and this value will increase by about 10% of the current experience required for your next level/Paragon level for each Pool claimed. This bonus persists on logout, but is lost upon death.
