I am unable to play this game as every single time I log in I get the message "the game connection has been lost your client has been disconnected from the server". I get this message the second I log in. I've noticed some people get this every 10-20 minutes but I don't even get that its literally the second I log in.
I've search all over the internet, called blizzard directly and tweeted (no response) asking for them to look into these issues their player base are experiencing.
After looking all over the internet for work arounds I am yet to find one that works. I've tried everything.
Can I please ask Blizzard to look into this asap as many players are experiencing this issue, personally I have not been unable to play the game for the last 3 weeks.
Ps. It may also be helpful to know that all my other online games ie. WoW, HS and SC all work absolutely fine.

If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined here.

If the issue persists then we encourage you to file a Looking Glass report (preferably in a new thread of your own) so that our Community here can advise you better. We recommend having Looking Glass open while you play and then run it as soon as you experience the issue. Don't forget to remove any mention of your IP address from the report before posting.
