| Hello, recently I have been having serious problems when logging into diablo3 on my main computer. I am presented by an error message which goes along the lines of 'Diablo 3 cannot stream the game, please connect to an internet connection' when I am clearly connected to one. Anyway, I decided to download the Battle.net desktop app on my other computer to see if i was presented with the same option. I wasn't. I logged into the game and was horrified to see that all of my characters have gone. A level 68 Barbarian. I am on the correct region. Can you please enlighten me on what's happened? Has my account been hacked or something? Thanks. | ||

| Bantersaurus, Your characters are in the US region, not in the EU where you're currently posting.
