| They don't engage with us on the forums. They may make one or two posts in a day if we're lucky. There are no D3 "events" that they organize and manage. They don't engage with any fansites. There are very few "press" events and interviews. I would really like to know what the Blizzard CM job description says that job entails. | ||

| Just jumping into add that if you ever (ever) have feedback about how we could improve as CMs, please don't hesitate to hit me up over email: lylirra@blizzard.com I may not always be able to respond given the sheer # of emails I get on the daily, but I do read everything that comes my way. :) Oh, and: This comment I agree with 100%. I think those blogs were a great idea and if there was a reason not to continue, they should have shared it with the community. My gut feeling is they were completely absorbed in RoS but that was a secret so did not want to share/could not share. They should not have promised that series then... or should at least apologize for dropping it. Fair point and good idea. I'll make sure we follow up (better late than never). Edit: Forgot to mention that these descriptions are a great indicator of workload, but certainly not exhaustive. They'll give you a good idea, though. http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/careers/posting.html?id=13000DX http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/careers/posting.html?id=13000DZ Note that one is for a manager level and one is for a representative level (who would report up to a manager).
